Liability

The liability insurance policy offers financial protection in case the insured causes bodily injury or damages to a third party as specified in the articles 914-932 of the Civil Code. There are several types on insurance policies depending on the activity that we want to cover, such as:

• During the construction of a building pollution of the environment
• From a defective product
• Directors and Officers (D&O)
• Professions (engineers, architects, lawyers, accountants, doctors, insurance brokers etc)
• Employers liability to the employees according to the articles 657 & 658 of the Civil Code
